What is Womp?

Womp is a browser-based 3D modeling platform aimed to make 3D beginner-friendly and easy! Built by artists and engineers who have experienced the uphill learning curve of 3D, our goal is to create the easiest 3D modeling platform.

What kinds of exports does Womp support?

Womp supports image, video, and 3D mesh exports. 3D export formats include: OBJ, STL, PLY, GLTF, USD, FBX, DAE, and X3D.

What devices does Womp work on?

Womp runs on any device that supports a web browser. Generally, if your device can stream Netflix, it can run Womp! However, devices with a mouse/trackpad are recommended.

Why does Womp run on the browser?

Womp runs on cloud servers, allowing it to work on all devices without the need for a high-end computer.

Can I use my Womp creations commercially?

Yes! All your Womp creations are yours to own, keep, and sell. You own all the rights to your creations.

Why is my stream quality blurry or flickering?

Your scene, including all materials and light sources, are being rendered live. Because of that, Womp can sometimes appear blurry - mostly when you move around. Your downloaded images however won't suffer from this. Having a good internet connection makes a lot of difference too.

Will there be an offline version?

Possibly at some point in the future, but for now we are focused on making online the best experience it can be.

How do I delete my account?

Click on your avatar in the top-right and choose "Settings" or "My Profile". There you will find the option to delete your account on the left-hand side of your screen.

Pro subscription

Does Womp offer a free trial?

Womp offers two weeks of Pro trial for free.

Is there a discount for annual subscription?

Yes, we offer a discount for annual subscriptions. You can save upto 25% by choosing the annual billing option.

Can I change my subscription plan later?

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your subscription plan at any time. Just log into your account and make the changes in the billing section.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any time by going to your account settings and selecting the cancel subscription option.

Is there a refund policy?

We offer a 72 hour/3 day money-back guarantee for new subscribers. If you’re not satisfied with our service, you can request a refund within that period.

Is my data secure and private?

Yes, we take data security and privacy seriously here at Womp. We use industry-standard encryption and have strict privacy policies in place. Your data is safe with us.

What happens if I miss a payment?

If a payment is missed, we will notify you and attempt to process the payment again. Your service may be temporarily suspended if the issue persists.

What happens to my Pro projects once my subscription expires?

Once your Pro subscription ends, you won’t be able to access Pro features. You will be able to continue working on your Pro projects by converting them to Non-Pro so that you never lose your work.

AI/ML

Does Womp use generative AI?

No, Womp does not use Generative AI or any kind of StyleGAN. We are working on AI tools for our users, but they are not trained on creator's style or voice. We are only focused on training models to understand how to interpret the world into clean geometry.

Will my projects be used for AI/ML?

Womp stands firmly against scraping for AI. Any creations made within Womp will not be utilised for AI/ML training by us. We also have a strong policy that discourages others from using your work for any AI/ML training.

Primfusion

What dataset was used to train Primfusion?

PrimFusion was trained on synthetic data generated through self-play, where the model engages in simulated interactions to learn and improve. This method ensures a solid understanding of geometric principles and respects user privacy.

Will Womp use my projects to train on my style?

Womp guarantees that your projects and data will never be used to train our models without your explicit consent. We are committed to ensuring that our models do not reference or incorporate your unique styles or creative work in any way.

3D Printing

What material is used for 3D printing?

We use high-quality resin for all our prints, delivering excellent detail and professional finish. Our resin is durable and suitable for both decorative and functional pieces. Learn more about the material here

How durable are the 3D prints?

Our resin prints are sturdy and long-lasting. While they can handle normal handling and display, they should be treated with care as they can crack or break if dropped on hard surfaces. For specific use cases or durability requirements, please contact our support team.

What happens after I place my order?

Once your order is placed, it goes through our quality check process before printing. You'll receive confirmation emails about your order status and tracking information once it ships.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, but only within 2 hours of placing your order. After this window, orders enter production and cannot be cancelled.

Can I customize my print after receiving it?

Yes! Our resin prints are perfect for customization

  • Basic Finishing:
    • Sanding for a smoother surface
    • Polishing to enhance shine
    • Tumbling for uniform finish
  • Advanced Treatments:
    • Acid smoothing (requires caution)
    • Vapor smoothing (requires caution)
    • Plating for metallic finish

    • Water transfer printing (hydrographics)
  • Decorative Options:
    • Dip coating
    • Flocking (adding textile fibers)
    • Spray painting
    • Airbrushing
    • Traditional brush painting

Note: Each method can improve your print's appearance and durability. Some methods require special care and expertise - please research proper safety procedures before attempting advanced treatments.

What are the shipping timeframes?

After placing your order, prints take 2-3 business days to process. Once processed, shipping time varies by delivery location. You'll receive an estimated delivery timeframe when placing your order. International shipping may take longer due to customs processing.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide! Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

What if my print arrives damaged?

If you receive a damaged print, contact support@womp.xyz within 5 business days of delivery with photos of the damage. Our team will review your case and work with you on a solution.

Will my print change color over time?

Like most resins, our material may experience slight color changes over time, especially with UV exposure. The white finish can range from bright white to a soft off-white tone. To minimize changes, keep your print out of direct sunlight.

Is the material food-safe?

Our 3D printed materials are not food-safe and should not be used for food consumption unless they are coated, cast, or otherwise treated with a food-safe material. Additionally, the materials are not bio-compatible or skin-safe and should not be worn directly against the skin for prolonged periods without a protective coating or paint, as they may cause irritation.

What if my package is lost?

Report missing packages within 5 business days of the expected delivery date. We'll investigate with the carrier and work to resolve the situation.

Are there any discounts available?

Yes! Pro subscribers receive a 10% discount on all 3D prints.
