Hair 14 is a stylized 3D hair sculpt for characters, a rounded mass with a small tuft sprouting at the top. Bring it into the Womp editor to tweak the tuft, smooth or exaggerate the volume, retint it, and morph it onto whatever character you are styling. Drop it into scenes and illustrations as a finished render element, or 3D print the shape. CC0 means you can use it freely in personal and commercial projects.
